For landlords who manage their own lets

Getting on the register is the easy part.

From 15 December 2026 every landlord in England must register each property they let — and then keep that entry accurate for as long as they let it. Terrier does the keeping, so a missed update never costs you a penalty or a possession claim.

What getting it wrong costs

Before your region’s turn

The rollout reaches every region in stages, and each one arrives with a deadline of its own. Reserve a place and we’ll tell you when Terrier is ready for yours — with the pricing then, so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.

One email when there’s something to see, nothing in between, and nothing to pay now.

Three quick answers. We’ll email you when your region’s deadline is set, and when Terrier is ready for it.

We use your details only to contact you about Terrier. Nothing to pay, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
